Service Agreement:

Service Provision:

2.2. We reserve the right to assign trained and qualified cleaning personnel to perform the services.
Payment:

3.3. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest as outlined in the service agreement or applicable laws.
Cancellation or Termination:
4.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice within the agreed-upon notice period.
4.2. If termination occurs before the completion of the agreed-upon term, you may be responsible for any outstanding fees or costs incurred up to the termination date.
Liability and Insurance:
5.1. We maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage to protect against damages or losses caused by our personnel during the provision of services.
5.2. We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of cleaning equipment, materials, or products supplied by you.
5.3. It is your responsibility to notify us of any valuable, delicate, or fragile items that require special care during cleaning.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
6.1. We respect your privacy and will treat all information obtained during the provision of our services as confidential.
6.2. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
Safety and Security:
7.1. Our personnel will adhere to industry-standard safety practices while providing cleaning services.
7.2. You are responsible for providing a safe and secure working environment for our personnel, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
Limitation of Liability:
8.1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our services.
8.2. Our liability for any direct damages arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9.2. You are responsible for providing a safe and secure working environment for our personnel, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
